The United Fresh Produce Association is offering a five-day Inspection Training Program May 22-26.
The event, conducted in partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Marketing Service, will give participants the opportunity for hands-on instruction from U.S. Department of Agriculture experts, according to a news release. The training program is developed into two parts, one covering the fundamentals of produce inspection and the other inspections of specific commodities.
