Okanagan Specialty Fruits adds staff
Okanagan Specialty Fruits, Summerland, British Columbia, hired Jeanette De-Coninck-Hertzler and Denise Everett in preparation for the commercial launch of nonbrowning Arctic apples this fall.
De-Coninck-Hertzler is sales manager, and has over 30 years of produce sales experience.
Everett is the company’s communications specialist, and has over 15 years of communications experience.
“It’s an exciting time for us here at OSF. With so many strong additions to our team to help bring Arctic apples to eager consumers, we look forward to continued team growth and the introduction of additional wholesome and delicious apple varieties,” Neal Carter, president of Okanagan Specialty Fruits, said in a news release.
The company also hired three researchers who start in May. An administrative specialist joined the company in March.
