Mann to show newest Nourish Bowl at Fresh Summit

Salinas, Calif.-based Mann Packing will be featuring its Spicy Thai Nourish Bowl, the newest item in the product line, at its Fresh Summit booth Oct. 20-21.

The Spicy Thai bowl has kohlrabi noodles, kale, carrots, toasted and sweetened coconut flakes and a spicy sauce, according to a news release.

Mann will also be showing organic products, including recent additions Organic Super Blend and Organic Sugar Snap Peas. Organic Super Blend includes kale, colored carrots, green cabbage and broccoli. The Organic Sugar Snap Peas are available in 8-ounce and 24-ounce bags.

“We aim to continually innovate with our product offerings, and there is no better place to unveil our new Spicy Thai Nourish Bowl, foodservice items and other exciting products, than at PMA Fresh Summit,” Gina Nucci, director of corporate marketing, said in the release.

Mann is also a finalist for the Sensory Experience Contest, in which it entered its recipe for Cauli-Tots, which use the company’s Cauliflower Cauliettes.

The company will be at booth No. 707. The Spicy Thai Nourish Bowl will be in the “On the Go” new product showcase, and its organic items will be in the “Certified Organic” new product showcase.
