J&K Fresh CEO wins customs broker award

Lynette Keffer, CEO and president of El Segundo, Calif.-based J&K Fresh, has been recognized for her service in the industry.

Keffer was named Innovative Customs Broker of the Year award at the Women in International Trade Los Angeles’ Global Trade Awards Gala.

Individuals receiving awards are recognized for efforts in advancing ‘international trade and the economic empowerment of women locally, regionally and worldwide,’ according to a news release.

“It was truly an honor to be awarded as Innovative Customs Broker of the Year by her peers in trade,” Keffer said in the release.
