Natalia Cervantes joins Potatoes USA as conversation architect.

Cervantes’ role will be to enhance the group’s mission to increase demand for potatoes through media relations, digital marketing and social media, according to a news release from USA Potatoes.

It’s a new role at Potatoes USA, designed to build content and engage in online and offline conversations to strengthen demand, according to a news release.

Her past experience include marketing roles at Runners Roost and Williams Jewelers. Most recently, Cervantes was in social media and digital marketing for the Investments & Wealth Institute.

“Cervantes is a natural thinker and dedicates her time to listening and learning about online communication,” according to the release. “She will monitor communications about potatoes and use the data to expand and maintain the positive image and reputation of U.S. potatoes and the U.S. potato industry.”

She previously worked on custom marketing campaigns with a Denver television station, the Denver Broncos and Mile High United Way.
