Podcast — What the Biden administration could mean for produce

Episode 23 of Tip of the Iceberg podcast features a panel discussion between Dave Puglia, president and CEO of Western Growers; Robert Guenther, senior vice president of public policy for the United Fresh Produce Association; and Lance Jungmeyer, president of the Fresh Produce Association of the Americas.

The group, in a conversation that debuted at the West Coast Produce Expo last week, talked about how the Trump administration was to deal with when it came to the needs of the produce industry and how its policies affected key areas of business. The panel also discussed its hopes for and reservations about what positions the Biden administration may bring to critical areas like immigration, trade, labor and others.
