Village Farms add colorful spring recipes
Village Farms is featuring two new spring-themed recipes, Hash Brown Egg Nests with Blistered Tomatoes and Stuffed Tomato Tulips.
The nests use Maverick Mix and the tulip recipe is made with Heavenly Villagio Marzano tomatoes from Village Farms.
“We are focused on bringing the fun into food this year,” Helen Aquino, director of corporate brand marketing and communication, said in a news release. “These recipes absolutely deliver on being equally fun to make, display and eat!”
The Heavenly Villagio Marzano and Maverick Mix tomatoes are available as organic options as well. They are available in 10-ounce and 1-pound top-seal containers.
