Onion House, LLC is a grower-shipper, shipping mostly Mexican and Texas onions. The company has about 500 acres of onions in the Rio Grande Valley. The Texas onion season will begin a few weeks later than usual.

Friant Water Authority allocated half of the water expected
The Bureau of Reclamation announced the initial Central Valley Project water allocation for 2022, which includes a 15% allocation for Friant Division Class 1 contractors. Hydrology for the 2022 water year is very dry.
