The U.S. Department of Agriculture is seeking nominations of qualified watermelon producers and handlers for four seats on the National Watermelon Promotion Board.
The Fresno, Calif.-based California Fresh Fruit Association has hired Caroline Stringer as its director of trade. Stringer’s first day will be Jan. 6, according to a news release.
