One retailer is trying to make the fall family table healthier with free cooking classes for all ages available for free on the Zoom video-chat platform. And we know healthy means fresh produce.

Carlisle, Pa.-based The Giant Co.’s team of registered dietitians created a schedule of meal and snack idea classes for September and October, according to a news release.

The classes focus on Family Meals Month, Hunger Action Month and Halloween.

“For many families, this is a busy time of the year with school, sports and other activities, which is why the team of dietitians is here to help,” Giant Registered Dietitian Kilene Knitter said in the release. “From family meals to mini chef creations and Halloween goodies, grab your aprons and your tablets and join us in the kitchen this fall.”

Classes include:

  • Family Meals at 5: Every Tuesday in September, a dietitian will teach how create a meal live in fewer than 30 minutes, such as a cheesy chicken and broccoli bake, veggie stuffed peppers, au gratin sausage skillet, and pasta with chicken, tomatoes and peppers. Also, in honor of Family Meals Month, the dietitians are giving away three pantry makeover experiences worth up to $150 each. Each virtual dietitian class attended throughout September counts as one sweepstakes entry. For official rules and details, contact The GIANT Company dietitians.
  • Hunger Action Awareness: In September, dietitians at noon Eastern Time on Thursdays will teach how shoppers can make a difference and participate in their orange plate challenge. Topics covered include paying it forward, budget-savvy shopping and meal-building with tools.
  • Kids in the Kitchen: At 10 a.m. every Saturday, dietitians host a Disney-themed classes for children of all ages. Examples include Moana’s coconut pear donuts, Winnie the Pooh’s pasta salad, or Rapunzel’s frying pan cookie, plus many more Disney favorites.
  • Dietitian Myth-Busters: Don’t get spooked by nutrition misinformation. At 7 p.m. Mondays this October, dietitians will uncover truths to common myths, such as protein misconceptions, the idea that eating healthy is too expensive and the sugar stigma.
  • Celebrate Halloween: The Giant Co. dietitians will lead a spooktacular week of classes leading up to Halloween, including:
    • Noon Oct. 25: Fall Drinks, Hocus Pocus Punch
