A Center for Produce Safety web seminar on Aug. 11 will take a close looking at agricultural water treatment in the U.S. Southwest.
Presenters during the web seminar will discuss successful monitoring strategies for chemical treatments, alternative water treatment options including the use of UV light, according to the release. The web seminar will also consider the results of soil, root, and plant tissue microbiome analysis and what that means for growers concerned about soil health.
