Dates set for Center for Produce Safety Research Symposium

The dates are set for the annual Center for Produce Safety Research Symposium.

The virtual event will be held in June and July, presented in a series of five-weekly live webinars.
The dates of the weekly virtual events are:

  • June 22;
  • June 29;
  • July 6;
  • July 13; and
  • July 20.

“While we all look forward to meeting in-person again, the 2021 program will focus on timely research results that support food safety programs throughout the fresh produce industry,” Bonnie Fernandez-Fenaroli, executive director for the Center for Produce Safety said in an e-mail update.
