Registration is closing for four Food and Drug Administration meetings on proposals for the Food Safety Modernization Act’s Produce Safety Rule.

Registration is closing for four Food and Drug Administration meetings on proposals for the Food Safety Modernization Act’s Produce Safety Rule.

The public meetings are to “provide information and facilitate comment so that stakeholders can better evaluate and provide input” on the draft guidance, according to a news release.

Meetings and registration deadlines:

Portland, Ore., 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 27, The Hilton Portland Downtown. Registration closes Nov. 16. Register for the meeting online.

Anaheim, Calif., 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 29, Anaheim Resort Convention Center. Registration closes Nov. 16.

Albany, N.Y., 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Dec. 11, Hilton Albany. Registration for accommodation due to a disability, and to request permission to make public comments, is Nov. 16. The closing date for all other registration is Nov. 23.

Atlanta, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Dec 13, Embassy Suites Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park. Registration for accommodation due to a disability, and to request permission to make public comments, is Nov. 16. The closing date for all other registration is Nov. 23.
