As of the issuance date of the reparation order, Gerry Morita and Patricia Nakahara were listed as the officers, directors and/or major stockholders of the business.

  • Mountain Valley Growers Inc., Squaw Valley, California has updated Phone & Fax and Website.

  • Trinity Manufacturing Inc., Hamlet, North Carolina is a new Allied firm to the Market.

  • Vandertill Produce LLC, Comstock Park, Michigan has updated Business Address.

  • Winn-Dixie Stores Inc., Jacksonville, Florida - On Feb. 21, 2020 Winn Dixie Stores Inc., with headquarters in Jacksonville, Fla., has posted a $1 million surety bond with the USDA. The company posted the bond to obtain a license to operate in the produce industry. Under the regulations of PACA, the company was required to post the bond following its prior involvement in bankruptcy. USDA will hold the bond for three years and nine months, providing assurance to the industry that the company will be able to pay for produce purchased and to conduct business according to PACA rules.

  • Wisconsin Fermentation Company LLC, La Farge, Wisconsin has updated Phone & Fax.
