This year’s expansion of the International Fresh Produce Association’s Business Solutions section at the 2024 Global Produce and Floral Show in Atlanta offers more comprehensive opportunities to solve critical challenges across the supply chain, companies say.

With a diverse range of exhibitors, companies are encouraged to send representatives from various departments — such as field operations, IT, and logistics — alongside their sales and marketing teams to address a wider array of business needs in one place, according to a news release.

“This year’s expanded focus on business solutions presents a unique opportunity for companies to address challenges across multiple departments,” Thuan Ngo, vice president of data and software services at ZAG Technical Services, said in the release. “In our booth, for example, we’ll be offering a free cyber insights report along with in-booth ‘Ask ZAG Anything’ sessions to help attendees understand how they can strengthen their operations from a technological perspective.”

“The Business Solutions section of the show enables us to showcase our sustainable packaging solutions while addressing the critical operational needs of our customers throughout the supply chain,” Aaron Fox, president of Fox Solutions and vice president of Fox Packaging, said in the release. “We are dedicated to driving innovation that enhances efficiency, reduces waste, and ensures optimal protection for fresh produce, and we look forward to connecting with brands and industry partners to offer comprehensive solutions that meet their needs holistically.”

“This area of the show floor is now a high-energy hub where innovation meets action,” Mattie Fisher, marketing manager at John Greene Logistics Co., said in the release. “At JGLC, we’re excited to showcase our advanced logistics services, including our transportation division, Greene Transport Co., and we invite you to visit booth BC1137 for a chance to win an iPad Air — winner announced live at the show and on Instagram on Saturday at 1 p.m.”

“At Kwik Lok, we’re excited to showcase our comprehensive product labeling, printing and traceability solutions that enhance food safety, ensure FSMA compliance, build consumer trust and help our customers increase revenue,” Blair Chastain, chief revenue officer at Kwik Lok Corp., said in the release.

With the inclusion of solutions covering packaging, technology, logistics, transportation and more, the expanded Business Solutions section is a destination for companies aiming to improve operational efficiency and streamline their supply chain, the release said, adding that by sending a broader team of experts — beyond just sales and marketing — businesses can gain insights into innovative solutions that will drive success across all facets of their operations.
