The U.S. Department of Agriculture has sanctioned C&D Produce Outlet South Inc., Palm Springs, Fla., for Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act violations.

C&D Produce Outlet South did not pay $123,112 to six produce sellers for product it received in “interstate and foreign commerce” from July 2015 to October 2016, according to a USDA-Agricultural Marketing Service news release.
