Lau Enterprise II Inc., Miami, has paid its debts in a Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act case, according to the U.S. Department Agriculture.
The company paid the $7,132 it owed, according to a news release. The company can operate in the industry after applying for and receiving a PACA license.
Leonardo Gonzalez, who was listed as the officer, director and/or major stockholder of the business, can be employed by or affiliate with a PACA licensee, according to the release.
