Infrastructure legislation, food safety, the future of the produce box and labor are four priority issues at the Sept. 20-22 upcoming United Fresh Produce Association’s Washington Conference.

The Packer’s Tom Karst visited July 29 with Robert Guenther, senior vice president of public policy about the details of those four issues and what the 2021 Washington Conference will look like.
