A free recruitment tool has been launched for U.S. growers and farm labor contractors.

The Stronger Together US Responsible Recruitment Program said in a news release that the new online tool will take some of the risk and complexity from cross-border recruitment for guest agricultural H-2A workers.

The Responsible Recruitment Toolkit, according to the release, gives practical responsible recruitment guidance and use the self-assessment functionality to track their progress and share achievements with clients. The guidance is available in both English and Spanish, according to the release.

“Our online tool supports recruiters to deliver great satisfaction to clients and workers through responsible recruitment,” Hannah Newcomb, managing director of the global RRT program, said in the release.

Stronger Together US is offering free one-year subscriptions to the RRT online tool for U.S-based recruiters operating in fresh produce, according to the release. The offer is supported by funding from the Walmart Foundation, and is available until Jan. 31 of next year.
