Maglio Companies is buying out its former partner, Boston Fresh LLC.

Brockton, Mass.-based Boston Fresh offers fresh, whole and cut produce; fresh pico de gallo, salsas and cold-pressed juices; repacking; cross dock, consolidation and various other logistics and storage services.

Maglio is a produce wholesaler, processor, repacker, distributor and logistics provider based in Glendale, Wis., with facilities in Minneapolis and McAllen, Texas, and now the Boston area.

“The addition of this facility to the Maglio family of companies will create continuity for our customers on the East Coast,” said Geno Valdes, Maglio’s chief operating officer, in a news release.

Bruce Forman will serve as general manager of Boston Fresh, according to the release.
