Toronto, Canada-based Execulytics Consulting has released the second edition of its Produce Almanac, an annual review of produce markets.

A new feature, according to a news release, is cost predictions for key produce items sold during holiday weeks.
The guide includes insights on:

  • Product availability by quarter;
  • Five-year weekly cost histories;
  • Organic to conventional comparisons; and
  • Weekly retail pricing reviews.

“We received such a positive response to last year’s Almanac, that it seemed natural to begin working on a 2nd edition”, Mike Mauti, managing partner of Execulytics Consulting, said in the release. “I am particularly excited to see the response to our holiday cost predictions.”

The almanac is expected to be available Jan. 24. For more information and to pre-order at a discount, go to www.execulytics.ca/.
