For the 19th consecutive year, the Oppenheimer Group has been named as one of Canada’s Best Managed companies.

Besides an overall strong performance, an investment in innovation, technology and talent stands out every year in the selection process, according to an Oppy news release.

“The entire management team at Oppy is honored to be selected from among an increasingly competitive field,” John Anderson, chairman, CEO and managing partner, said in the release. “We’ve always placed great emphasis on ensuring that our growth is sustainable, which means that the success of our customers, our people and our communities is also our success.”

The award is sponsored by Deloitte, CIBC, Canadian Business Magazine, Queen’s Smith School of Business and the TMX Group.

Oppy has made the list since 2001. Other recent Oppy recognitions include 2019 British Columbia Top Employers and Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures awards, according to the release.
