PACA reparation order satisfied by Moreri Food & Beverage

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has reported that Moceri Food & Beverage Inc. has satisfied a Perishables Agricultural Commodity Act reparation order.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has reported that Moceri Food & Beverage Inc. has satisfied a Perishables Agricultural Commodity Act reparation order.

With the USDA decree, Moceri Food & Beverage, Los Angeles, can now operate again in the produce industry with a PACA license. Also, the officers, directors and major stockholders in the company, Salvatore and Grace Moceri, can be employed by or affiliated with a PACA licensee, according to a USDa news release.
