CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Featuring the theme “Race to Discover,” the Southeast Produce Council’s Southern Innovations drew the fresh produce industry to the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 14-16.

The well-attended show explored the latest trends, new products and technology in the marketplace.

“Our focus at this year’s Southern Innovations show was snacking, and this is an ideal venue for showing customers what sets Mastronardi Produce apart,” said Peppe Bonfiglio, vice president of sales. "Our team left the show feeling inspired and energized to continue innovating in fresh produce."
