USDA files complaint against Arizona company

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has filed an administrative complaint under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act against Coram Deo Farms Inc.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has filed an administrative complaint under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act against Coram Deo Farms Inc.

According to a news release, Coram Deo Farms Inc. — operating from Arizona — allegedly failed to make payment promptly to four produce sellers in the amount of $221,564 from July 2017 through March 2018.

Coram Deo Farms Inc. will have an opportunity to request a hearing, according to the release.
