The U.S. Department of Agriculture is looking to buy 2.14 million 10- to 12-pound boxes of mixed fresh produce for The Emergency Food Assistance Program.

The USDA is soliciting bids for the purchase and all bids are due by Dec. 7, 1 p.m. Central, according to a document on the USDA website.

All questions about the planned purchase can be sent to david.cottrell@usda.gov, according to the USDA.
