AgroFresh announces leaders attending IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show

Philadelphia-based AgroFresh Solutions Inc. has announced the attendance of key leadership at the 2023 International Fresh Produce Association Global Produce & Floral Show.

Philadelphia-based AgroFresh Solutions Inc. has announced the attendance of key leadership at the 2023 International Fresh Produce Association Global Produce & Floral Show.

Customers are invited to schedule a time with AgroFresh Solutions experts on-site to discuss industry innovation and explore opportunities, according to a news release. Attendees can learn more about AgroFresh’s recent acquisition of Tessara, a provider of intelligent packaging solutions for preserving fresh produce.

AgroFresh also has a new strategic partnership with Pagoda Group, the largest fruit retail operator in China.

AgroFresh is hosting a reception from 4-5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20, at booth No. 4047, the release said. Attendees can RSVP online.

At the reception, media will have the opportunity to connect with the AgroFresh leadership team including Michael Hamby, chief commercial officer; Jaco Smit, CEO of Tessara; Amy Tranzillo, global head of marketing; Narciso Vivot, commercial business director for Latin America; Sarah Enescu, commercial business director for North America; and Mike Tucker, North American retail director.

The team will also be hosting demos for FreshCloud Innovation at AgroFresh’s booth. FreshCloud is a digital technology services platform that digitizes the quality inspection process to make real-time quality inspection data accessible and actionable from harvest to retail sale, offering additional insights to help growers, packers and marketers reduce repacks and rejections throughout the supply chain, ultimately reducing food waste, according to the release.
