Flavor Wave starts operations in Florida

Calif.-based Flavor Wave has started operating in Doral, Fla. with Mac Edwards Produce Wholesale, according to Patrick Kelly, spokesman.

Calif.-based Flavor Wave has started operating in Doral, Fla. with Mac Edwards Produce Wholesale, according to Patrick Kelly, spokesman.

The new fresh produce box delivery platform has plans to reach 13 cities over the next 12 to 16 months, he said.

Kelly said Flavor Wave is an m-commerce (mobile phone or tablet device oriented) platform that allows growers and wholesalers to market their produce and other products direct to consumers.

According to Kelly, Flavor Wave now has a Flavor Wave Fresh Consumer App, a Flavor Wave Driver App, and Flavor Wave Wholesaler App, all available in Apple’s app store and Google Play.
