California Giant hires Helena Beckett in sales

California Giant, Watsonville, Calif., has hired Helena Beckett as retail sales account manager.

California Giant Berry Farms, Watsonville, Calif., has hired Helena Beckett as retail sales account manager.

Beckett has 15 years of sales and category management experience, according to a news release.

Most recently, she was senior sales director at Tanimura & Antle, where she was in various roles for more than 12 years. Before that she was at Fresh Express for 3.5 years.

California Giant has been expanding product lines to be a year-round berry supplier, and with the addition of Beckett, the sales team has years of sales experience with retail and foodservice partners, along with sales support and logistics teams, according to the news release.

“This is an exciting time for our company as we expand our department and build on our team to serve our customers every day and provide the support needed to get the job done and ensure the best service,” Anthony Gallino, vice president of sales, said in the release.
