Tidal Grow AgriScience announced Dec. 2 that Debbie Watts has joined the team as its new vice president of innovation and business development. Watts’ passion for agriculture makes her a strong addition to Tidal Grow’s mission of delivering science-powered, nature-based solutions. Watts will help ensure growers see benefits from seed to harvest, the company says.

In this role, Watts will drive product launch and go-to-market execution, leveraging more than 30 years of experience in bridging science and strategy to deliver scalable solutions.

“Joining a team dedicated to transforming food systems and achieving more with less is a tremendous opportunity,” Watts says. “I’m excited to help uncover new opportunities that address the real-world challenges growers across the industry face. The Tidal Grow team has already made a significant impact with their comprehensive portfolio of revolutionary crop inputs, and together we will continue to meet grower needs and empower them for lasting success.”
