Former Bob Evans CEO joins New England Consulting Group

Westport, Conn.-based New England Consulting Group has added Steven Davis as a principal and advisor to its restaurant, retail and CPG practices.

Westport, Conn.-based New England Consulting Group has added Steven Davis as a principal and advisor to its restaurant, retail and CPG practices.

Davis brings over 30 years of strategic marketing, innovation, and consumer brand development, according to a news release.

“I am pleased to join the New England Consulting Group,” Davis said in the release. “Together, we will combine forces to help the restaurant and retail industries create sustainable strategies for economic recovery.”

Davis is the former chairman and chief executive officer of Bob Evans Farms, where he was instrumental in successfully leading the restaurant chain.

Before that, Davis held multiple senior leadership roles at Kraft General Foods and YUM! Brands, including senior vice president of Pizza Hut and president of Long John Silver’s and A&W All-American Food Restaurants, according to the release.
