John Chamberlain retires, Michael Gonzales promoted at Limoneira

John Chamberlain, who has been with Limoneira Co. since 2005, has retired as vice president of marketing.

John Chamberlain, who has been with Limoneira Co. since 2005, has retired as vice president of marketing.

He is succeeded by marketing manager Michael Gonzales, who has been promoted to head of marketing at the 127-year-old company based in Santa Paula, Calif.

Chamberlain was director of marketing for most of his tenure at Limoneira, and was promoted in 2018 to the vice president role.
The personnel changes became effective Jan. 1.

“We express our collective gratitude to John Chamberlain for his years of marketing leadership and dedicated service to Limoneira,” Harold Edwards, president and CEO, said in an Jan. 7 news release.

Gonzales has been with the company for more than 10 years and will oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, including communications and marketing initiatives, according to the release.

Limoneira recently hired Rachel Ertman as marketing coordinator. Most recently, Ertman was alternative entertainment and strategy intern at Fox Entertainment, according to the release.
