KW Zellers & Son, Hartville, Ohio, is moving into peak volume, said Chris Byler, production manager.

Byler said June 7 that the company has active volume of radishes, cilantro, green lettuce, red lettuce and romaine lettuce, escarole, kale and parsley.

Crop conditions have been good so far, he said.

In July, the company will harvest beets, dill and green onions.

Overall, acreage is fairly steady for the company.

Volume of most crops will go to the middle of October, and bagged radishes may go until the first or second week of November.
