The conference, Feb. 22-25, features more than 24 hours of presentations and panels, with live question-and-answer sessions, which will be recorded and available for viewing later, according to a news release.

The North American Raspberry & Blackberry Association presents the event.

The event will feature virtual exhibitor booths, networking events, live demos and a series of side events, chat opportunities and online forums on a variety of topics that include young growers, berry breeding and meetings with entomologists.

The association is offering a pre-conference course, “Getting Started in Raspberries & Blackberries,” a seven-part series for beginner and potential growers. Topics include variety selection, crop management, pruning and pest management.

The course starts Feb. 1 and is twice a week through Feb. 22. Registration for the annual conference isn’t required.
