Curation Foods believes the salad kit space at retail is a key location to benefit from the plant-centered diet trend, and the company’s Eat Smart salad kits can capitalize on the trend.

The company said it is poised to capture more retail shelf space with Eat Smart’s three salad lines: Superfood Selections, Vineyard Collection and Chopped Collection, according to a news release.

Curation Foods debuted new Eat Smart salad kit designs in 2019.

“Eat Smart’s new identity has already tested extremely well,” senior brand equity manager for Eat Smart, said in the release. “The new brand identity makes it easier than ever to shop Eat Smart with a smart visual language that helps consumers find products that meet their needs.”

Research shows that Eat Smart consumers are “highly engaged in the category and have a high level of satisfaction with branded options,” according to the release.

The Produce Moms recently listed in its “20 Produce Items Everyone Needs to Try in 2020” list.
