The FruitGuys, a fruit and healthy snacks delivery company, has been named a 2025 Top Impact Company by Real Leaders for a third consecutive year.

The company announced the recognition in a blog post, saying Real Leaders considered the company’s growth, revenue and how it measured up against its six pillars of IMPACT: Intention, Model, People, Accountability, Collaboration and Transformation.

“We’re honored to be recognized by Real Leaders for the third consecutive year as a Top Impact Company,” Erin Mittelstaedt, CEO for The FruitGuys said in the post. “This award is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and passion of our team. It really shows just how much they care about leaving a positive impact on people and the planet.”

The company says its commitment to social and environmental impact is deeply embedded in its operations, highlighting these company efforts in the blog post:

  • Sourcing with purpose — Partnering with small-scale, independent and/or family-owned farms and food producers across the U.S. that share its values and dedication to quality and sustainability.
  • Donating profits — The company says it donates a minimum value of 20% of its annual profits to feed people in need and help farmers.
  • Relieving hunger — Every week, the company donates excess and imperfect produce and snacks to hunger relief organizations across the country.
  • Supporting small farms — Through The FruitGuys Community Fund, the company awards annual grants to small farms for sustainability projects.
  • Facilitating client giving — The company says it makes it easy for clients to support charities with healthy food through its Donate-a-Crate program.
  • People-first culture — The company surveys its team annually on how it can improve the work environment and have an employee-led committee that helps it maintain a positive, supportive workplace where employee well-being and work-life balance come first.
  • B Corp Certification – The FruitGuys jumped through all of the hoops to become a Certified B Corporation, showing its dedication to people and the planet

In 2024, The FruitGuys says it delivered more than 25 million pieces of fruit, donated nearly a million servings to people in need and awarded 20 grants to small-scale farms.

“At The FruitGuys, we believe doing good is just as important as doing business,” Sheila Cassani, head of impact for The FruitGuys, said in the blog post.
