Here is a quick look-in at fresh vegetable FOB and retail prices compared with both a month ago and a year ago.

The data is compiled by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Economic Research Service.

Asparagus, onions, cauliflower, and radishes are running hot compared with a year ago, USDA numbers show.
