Santa Paula, Calif.-based Limoneira Co. will feature its new campaign — Taking a Healthy Stand — at the Produce Marketing Association’s Foodservice Conference and Expo in Monterey, Calif., in July, said John Chamberlain, vice president of marketing.

“We will be sharing science-based research and simple ways for our foodservice partners to easily incorporate healthy citrus — and a whole host of other fruits and vegetables — into their menus to help solve health problems or achieve desired outcomes and to increase profitability at the restaurant level,” Chamberlain said.

Limoneira will support the campaign with videos and other materials designed to support current menus and enhance customer satisfaction, he said.
