The Mushroom Council is set to introduce the blended burger to cities nationwide with its new sponsorship of the James Beard Foundation’s 2019-20 Taste America series.

As a Taste America sponsor, the Mushroom council will have the opportunity to present blended burger at market events with area chefs preparing their version of the burger, according to a news release.

The Council’s burger station is in the fifth year of the Blended Burger Project.
