J&S Produce predicts strong volume

With 50 growers in 15 counties in Georgia, J&S Produce will have good volume of vegetables in the spring, summer and fall, said Joey Johnson, president and co-owner of growers’ agent J&S Produce, Mount Vernon, Ga.

The firm handles Vidalia onions, green beans, yellow squash, eggplant, hot peppers and other commodities, he said.
