Canada’s DRC seeks VP of operations

The Fruit and Vegetable Dispute Resolution Corp., which serves Canadian companies, is seeking a vice president of operations.

The position assists the organization’s president and CEO “to enable delivery of effective, efficient and affordable service to members,” according to a news release.

The vice president of operations compliments the president’s strategic focus by ensuring the DRC has the financial and human resources and the work environment to meet its goals, vision and mission according to the release.

The DRC has 10 staff members with a budget of about $1.4 million. Membership is mandatory for most Canadian companies that buy, sell, import or export fresh fruits and vegetables.
