The United Fresh Recall Ready Program is sponsoring a workshop to educate companies on the process involved in recalling products.

The March 6 Recall Ready Workshop is in Irvine, Calif., at the Taco Bell headquarters, according to a news release. The program, a partnership between the United Fresh Produce Association, OFW Law and Watson Green LLC, a crisis counseling firm for the food industry.

“Working together, we leverage the expertise of food safety, legal and crisis communications professionals who know what it takes to execute a recall to protect public health, comply with all government requirements, and minimize the impact on your business,” according to a United Fresh news release. “Choose the best option to ensure you’ll be ready before and after that call from FDA.”
