FullTilt Marketing added Anna Martinez, Billie Lentz and Lizzy Voth to its team. The agency that specializes in agriculture, fresh produce, food and purpose-driven brands says the professionals bring complementary expertise spanning agricultural leadership, public relations, brand strategy, digital marketing and consumer engagement to further strengthen its ability to serve clients across agriculture, produce, food, nonprofits and allied industries.

Lentz joins FullTilt with a combination of agricultural economics, communications and firsthand farming experience. As a fifth-generation North Dakota farmer, the company says she understands agriculture from the inside out. Her career includes leadership roles with John Deere, BASF, the North Dakota Trade Office and an ag cooperative, where she developed expertise in agricultural communications, recruitment, digital marketing and producer engagement. FullTilt says her experience allows her to connect authentically with agricultural audiences while helping clients communicate complex issues with clarity and credibility.

Martinez joins the agency after building the marketing department at TrueHarvest Farms, where she helped transform a young hydroponic leafy greens company into a rapidly growing consumer brand. She led full-funnel marketing strategy, shopper marketing, influencer partnerships, packaging, digital advertising and retail activation while helping double retail shelf space through strategic product launches. FullTilt says her experience combines creative brand building with data-driven decision-making, giving clients a modern approach to consumer engagement and measurable growth.

Voth brings more than five years of communications, journalism and public relations experience, including serving as communications specialist for Stemilt Growers. She led both business-to-business and consumer communications initiatives and brand messaging while working across cross-functional teams. FullTilt says her strengths in strategic storytelling, earned media and content development further expand its communications capabilities for clients seeking to build trust, influence audiences and strengthen brand reputation.

“Marketing has changed dramatically over the last decade,” Melinda Goodman, president of FullTilt Marketing, says. “Clients don’t need another vendor; they need strategic partners who understand their business, ask better questions and can connect strategy to measurable business outcomes.”
