Braga Fresh will debut a line of vegetable roasting kits at the International Fresh Produce Association Global Produce and Floral Show in Orlando, Fla.

Easy Pan Veggies provide a convenient way to prepare vegetables as a side dish or as a full meal by adding protein, according to a release from the Soledad, Calif.-based company. Kits include fresh vegetables such as green beans, sweet baby broccoli, leeks and Brussels sprouts and come in three seasoning packet flavors: everything, garlic parmesan and garden ranch.

Easy Pan Veggies can be roasted in the oven for less than 20 minutes after adding cooking oil to the vegetables and gluten-free seasoning packet from the kit, which has no additives or preservatives.

“Our team’s goal with the Easy Pan Veggies was to develop a modern conventional cut [vegetable] option,” Kori Tuggle, vice president of marketing and product development for Braga Fresh, said in the release. “We leveraged the one-pan cooking trend popularized by Instagram and TikTok. Along with on point flavors and non-standard vegetable blends, this line offers consumers something different within the same price point for a 12-ounce size.”

Also at IFPA, Braga Fresh plans to showcase a revamped 16-ounce Josie’s Organics Baby Leaf container, as well as the full Josie’s Organics Chop Salad Kits and cut vegetable product lines. The company’s 1-pound baby leaf containers have a new graphic design, use 23% less plastic and are completely recyclable, according to the release.
