Packaging company Paxiom buys second Las Vegas facility

The Paxiom Group, whose companies specialize in packaging automation, has purchased its second facility in Las Vegas.

The Paxiom Group, whose companies specialize in packaging automation, has purchased its second facility in Las Vegas.

The facility is now home to Paxiom Automation Inc., according to a news release.

The first facility in Las Vegas, known as the Xperience Center, is a flagship showroom for the company’s equipment, which includes WeighPack Systems brand machinery. WeighPack specializes in equipment for bagging, wrapping, container filling and other functions in a fresh produce packinghouse.

The new Las Vegas facility is used for systems integration, project management and customer service for Paxiom brands WeighPack, EndFlex, CombiScale and ValTara, according to the release.

“We love the city of Las Vegas, its community and emphasis on world class service; Paxiom is proud to be #VegasBorn,” Nicholas Taraborelli, vice president of the Paxiom Group, said in the release.
