Progressive Produce and Keystone Fruit Marketing plan to showcase their premium onions, potatoes and citrus at the International Fresh Produce Association’s Global Produce and Floral Expo, set for Oct. 17-19 in Atlanta.

Leading the onion showcase, Keystone Fruit Marketing will feature its Mayan Sweets from Peru, known for their mild sweetness and versatility in the kitchen, according to a news release.

“Whether you’re slicing them raw or caramelizing them for a deeper flavor, our Mayan Sweets take salsas, sandwiches, burgers, kabobs and more to the next level,” said Keystone Vice President of Sales and Marketing Mike Blume.

Keystone also will highlight its Washington-grown red, yellow and white onions.

“We take pride in offering an extensive selection of onion varieties, all packed and tailored to meet the needs of any program,” Blume said.

On the potato side, Progressive Produce said it will spotlight its versatile Pacific Gold russets and Nature’s Bounty organic potatoes.

“Pacific Gold russets are celebrated for their consistency and ability to elevate any meal, while Nature’s Bounty organic potatoes offer the same high standards with the added benefit of being organically grown,” said Progressive Produce Vice President of Marketing and Sales Oscar Guzman.

In addition to potatoes, Progressive will also showcase its winter citrus program, featuring organic lemons, oranges and limes.

“Our organic citrus is a true winter highlight,” Guzman said. “With wellness on everyone’s minds, our organic lemons, oranges and limes are ideal for adding a refreshing, immune-boosting burst of flavor to any meal. Whether you’re cooking, juicing or enjoying them fresh, our citrus lineup is packed with brightness and versatility.”

Attendees can visit booth No. B1957 at the IFPA show to explore Progressive Produce’s and Keystone Fruit Marketing’s premium offerings.
