Round Table Pizza, an Atlanta-based pizza franchise, has added Idaho Potatoes to its appetizer lineup, available now through Dec. 29 at participating locations. The new appetizer offering, billed as Parmesan Idaho Potato Wedges, is made with premium Idaho potatoes and served with a side of Hidden Valley Ranch, according to a news release.

The wedges join two other sides: mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers. For those looking to sample some of everything, Round Table offers the Dragon’s Bounty Shareable Platter, which features a mix of all three appetizers.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Round Table Pizza to showcase the exceptional quality of Idaho Potatoes in these new menu items,” said Alan Kahn, vice president of foodservice for the Idaho Potato Commission. “Our potatoes are celebrated for their superior taste and versatility, and this collaboration offers a wonderful way for fans to enjoy high-quality Idaho Potatoes while savoring exceptional pizza and cheering on their team.”

Known for their versatility and quality, Idaho Potatoes are grown in rich, volcanic soil that imparts a unique flavor and texture, the release said. The Idaho Potato Commission says Idaho potatoes adapt to a wide range of dishes whether baked, fried, mashed or roasted.
