Sev-Rend adds Wolarmann Enterprises

The Canada-based Wolarmann Enterprises specializes in labels for netted products in the produce industry and clipping wires.

Sev-Rend, a company specializing in sustainable and high-performance packaging, says it has acquired Wolarmann Enterprises in Barrie, Ontario.

Wolarmann Enterprises specializes in clipping wire and labels for netted products in the produce industry including onions, oranges, lemons and potatoes. Wolarmann Enterprises owner and CEO Thor Wolf will remain with the company serving the Canadian market, according to a news release.

“This integration allows Wolarmann Enterprises to expand their product portfolio which benefits their customer base,” Rob Williams, owner and CEO of Sev-Rend, said in the release.

Wolf said the partnership helps align the two businesses for the future.

“We are committed to a seamless integration process, ensuring that our customers are fully supported throughout this exciting new chapter,” he said in the release.
