The U.S. Department of Agriculture has lifted a ban Triple Fresh Produce LLC, Nogales, Ariz., after it paid $5,130 in a Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act case.

Triple Fresh paid the amount due to the Nogales company, according to a USDA news release.

The company has met its obligations and is now free to operate again in the industry. Adam Polan, Enrique “Kiki” Heredia and Manny Dinis, who were listed as partners of the business, can now work for/be affiliated with a PACA licensee, according to the release.

The USDA in late June announced the company was restricted from doing business in the produce industry due to the reparation order.
