General attendee registration is open for the fourth annual Organic Produce Summit.

The event, July 10-11 at the Monterey (Calif.) Conference Center, attracts more than 1,500 attendees and 140 expo booths, according to a news release.

“We are finalizing the educational sessions and have a great lineup of keynote presentations scheduled,” Susan Canales, president of the Organic Produce Summit, said in the release.

Sessions scheduled for the event include:

  • Organic data studies;
  • Food waste;
  • Two sessions on “Organic Fresh Produce Across the Globe;”
  • Organic meals at retail; and
  • Role of wholesalers and distributors in the supply chain.
